Shipping

Making: every piece is handmade in our workshop in Valencia. When you buy, the piece is semi-finished: we only need to do the final polishing and, if it is gold, the gold plating. Silver pieces are finished in 1-2 business days. Gold ones take 3-4 more business days to process, because we take them to our local workshop for gold plating (about 4-6 days in total).

Leaving the workshop: we ship it the business day after it is finished.

Arrival in Spain: between 1 and 5 business days from when the order is processed.

Arrival outside Spain: in Europe, between 2 and 5 business days from when the order is processed; outside Europe, between 4 and 8 business days.

Tracking: we email you the tracking number and link as soon as your jewel leaves the workshop.

Customs: included for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Shipping prices

Exchanges and returns

Deadline: 15 days from receiving your order.

How: write to us at nosune.shop@gmail.com with your order number, whether it is an exchange or a return, and the reason (this helps us improve).

Return shipping: in Spain and Portugal we deduct €4.50 from the refund. In the rest of the world, shipping is at your own expense (we will help you with the process).

Damaged or wrong piece: write to us within 5 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos, and we will exchange it or refund you, at no shipping cost to you.

Refund: as soon as we receive and check the return, we refund you immediately. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment method, it may reach you right away or take several days.

Piece or size exchange: it is free, except for the shipping of the new piece. As soon as we receive your piece and check that it is in perfect condition, we email you the link to pay for that shipping. If you choose a piece of lower value, we refund the difference. The new one arrives in 3-9 business days.

Engraved and made-to-measure pieces: they cannot be exchanged or returned, because they are made only for you. If they arrive damaged or wrong, we will replace them anyway.

Sizes, materials and care

My size: measure your finger with the size guide. If you are between two sizes, write to us at nosune.shop@gmail.com; we will also help you and confirm the size with you during the purchase process.

Material: 925 sterling silver and 18 kt gold-plated silver.

Handmade: every piece is worked one by one in our workshop, so there may be small differences between one and another. That is what makes them unique.

Care: take it off for showering, swimming or sport, avoid direct contact with perfume and creams, and store it in its pouch. If it gets wet, dry it straight away with a cloth or tissue.

Engravings and made-to-measure pieces

Engravings: you can engrave an initial, a name, a date or even a symbol. It adds about 3 days of preparation and an extra cost. See the engraved rings.

No returns: they are made only for you. Check the size and text carefully before confirming.

Gifts and payments

Gift card: you can choose a physical card, which is delivered to the recipient's home, or a digital one, which reaches them by email.

As a gift: we prepare the packages with great care, ready to give. If you want to add a note or have any other idea, write to us at nosune.shop@gmail.com.

Payment: card, PayPal, Klarna, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Secure payment with Shopify.
